Notice of Property Lease (NOPL)

For the rental properties, the owner would place a Notice of Occupancy (NOO) on each property and, when a legitimate tenant is granted occupancy to a property through a Property Lease, the owner will record a Notice of Property Lease (NOPL) in the public records identifying the Tenant name(s) and the Property Lease. The NOPL is identified in the NOO as the only way for another party to be allowed occupancy of the property. By recording the NOPL the property owner is providing public notice that a legitimate tenant is being granted occupancy of the property per the instructions in the Notice of Occupancy and pursuant to the terms of a Property Lease between the owner and a legitimate tenant.

Identify a legitimate tenant and notice the public of an authorized occupancy of your property with a copyrighted legal document.
