Her experience includes not only multiple counties in Colorado but multiple states as well. This has left her with a strong desire to help people protect their title from fraud.

Mr. Hibbard holds degrees in both Energy Management and Finance from the University of Oklahoma. His career includes over 14 years of experience in cross functional disciplines in the Energy and Real Estate industries with a deep knowledge of contracts, property transactions, title review and interpretation. Hunter has a strong desire to use his experience to protect property owners from title fraud in the OKC metro area.

Deanna Chavez is a top real estate agent in the Dallas Fort Worth area. With years of experience behind her and her team, she has carved her path with a simple philosophy rooted in her humble roots- to make a genuine impact by helping people. Mr. Drew Hetherington is a licensed commercial real estate agent and business broker in the state of Florida, based locally in Ocala, also known as the Horse Capital of the World and one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. A 2005 graduate from the University of Oklahoma in Entrepreneurship and Business Management, Drew worked as a land and title professional in the Oil & Gas Industry for nearly 20 years, earning the highest professional designation as a Certified Professional Landman. With title fraud at an all time high in the state of Florida, Drew takes special care to ensure each client gets the protection they deserve.

Mr. Tim Martin is a licensed commercial real estate agent and business broker in the state of Florida, based in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Martin is a 2011 University of Pittsburgh graduate with a degree in Biological Sciences and holds a master’s degree in Geological Sciences from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Martin worked as a project manager in the environmental consulting industry and specialized in due diligence for real estate transactions. With the continued population growth in the greater Tampa Bay area and the popularity of Florida as a “snowbird” destination with many vacation homes, Mr. Martin’s strives to protect clients from title fraud and the loss of wealth and assets that people have worked their whole lives to obtain.

Ms. Kira Moore graduated in 2001 from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Ms. Moore’s career includes five years in wholesale and consumer marketing and fifteen years in the Energy Industry with an emphasis on researching complex records and title as well as complex contract negotiations, administration, and maintenance. Ms. Moore is passionate about personalized customer service and the protection of clients’ home title from identity theft and fraud with a focus on our elderly population as her mother was a recent victim of identity theft. Ms. Moore’s leadership skills are key to the on-going and rapid development and success of Moat Title Security Co.
